Registering

Two acceptable proofs of residency in our school zone in the parent or guardian name.
If you do not have the acceptable proof, you must receive approval from the central office prior to registration. Two proofs may include: deed, lease, settlement papers, utility bill for phone, electric, water, car registration, income tax return, car or property insurance bill, pay check with address, property title record, court document with address or current mortgage statement.
Complete shot or Immunization Records
If the students do not have appropriate vaccines, they will not be admitted to school.
Birth Certificate
Current documentation of grades from previous school
Photo ID

Withdrawing

Parent signature on withdrawal form
Student cleared by the librarian (no overdue books or fines)
Check with cafeteria about any money still on student account
All textbooks turned in to the teacher (Any books unaccounted for must be purchased.)
All grades given to the student
