Our coaches are teachers throughout all subject areas, including AP Math and English courses, PE, Health, Science, Government and many others. Therefore, the coaches clearly understand the emphasis on academics. After the academic school day has ended, the athletes continue their development as a person. Athletics at Thomas Stone is the other half of education. The concept of hard work, fair play, working within a system, and giving your best efforts for the team are reinforced daily in the athletic program. These valuable lessons are tools, which we try to have our athletes use during their days in high school so that those tools are automatically used in their days after high school. Our administration, coaches, and athletes understand that we wear the blue and gold of Thomas Stone with pride, practice and compete with spirit, and at all times exhibit class.
