Charles County Public Schools is composed of
40 schools and educational centers.

• 8 Middle Schools

Charles County Public Schools owns more than 3,065,414 square feet of buildings. This does not include footage for trailers owned by CCPS. There is one middle school under construction. The county has approved planning for two additional elementary schools.
