This web page is designed for Charles County Public Schools (CCPS) to register vendors, post advertised projects, and identify project awards. Vendors must register at www.ccboe.com/vendors to be notified via electronic mail (email) of advertised projects. To register, vendors must select commodity codes that best represent the types of products and/or services offered by their company.
When CCPS posts projects matching the commodity codes selected, vendors will be notified via e-mail. Registered vendors can then login at www.ccboe.com/vendors to view and download project bid packages and addendum when issued.
Certified Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to all requests.

The Charles County Public School (CCPS) system is seeking sealed bids from experienced and qualified Vendor/Contractors to supply, deliver and install two (2) new Hobart Model C44A Electric Dishwashers, and one (1) Hobart Model AM-15T Electric Dishwasher (or approved equal products) at specified schools/centers. Additional dishwashers may be purchased as needed by CCPS over the term of the contract, which shall be one (1) year.

The Charles County Public Schools (CCPS) System is seeking sealed bids from experienced and qualified Contractors to furnish all supervision, labor, materials, transportation, and equipment required for Gym Floor and Wall Padding Replacement. Contractor shall remove and properly dispose of old gym floor and old wall padding, and supply, deliver and install new gym floor and new wall padding in accordance with CCPS specifications. The work shall be performed at: Mattawoman Middle School Gymnasium, 10145 Berry Road, Waldorf, MD 20603. The Contractor shall have thirty (30) days to complete the work from the date of the notice of award.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting
All Contractors submitting a bid for this project must attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting on May 8, 2008, 9:00 a.m., at Mattawoman Middle School – Gymnasium, 10145 Berry Road, Waldorf, MD 20603. Contractors are required to sign in at the school office upon arrival.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE
The Charles County Public School System will hold a Public Sale of Miscellaneous Shop and Gym Equipment. The items may be viewed in person at Lackey High School located on 3000 Chicamuxen Road, Indian Head, Maryland between the hours of 2:15 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., May 27 – 30, 2008. Sealed bids for the items must be submitted to Nelson E. Sample, CPPO, Procurement Manager, Charles County Public Schools, 5980 Radio Station Road, La Plata, Maryland not later than 2:00 p.m., June 2, 2008. All envelopes must be marked "Miscellaneous Shop and Gym Equipment" and include the bidder's name and mailing address. The bidder shall assume full responsibility for timely delivery at the location designated for receipt of bids. Bids received after the time and date for receipt will be returned unopened. Bid Forms will be available at Lackey High School. Bid forms must be completed in ink and any erasures or alterations must be initialed in ink by the bidder. All bid proposals are final. Awarded items cannot be declined. Due to safety concerns no children are allowed in the building that houses the public sale items.
CHARLES COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL PROPOSALS.
Successful bidders will be notified by June 9, 2008 and will have until June 16, 2008 by 2:00 p.m. to present cash, check, or money order made payable to Charles County Public Schools, and remove item(s) by June 20, 2008. The bidder shall bear all costs associated with removal of the items. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
