Providing quality printing to Charles County Public Schools

What we do

The CCPS Print Shop provides xerographic, printing and binding services to Charles County's public schools, centers and administrative offices, as well as to other governmental and non-profit organizations. Some of the services available include large-volume network printing, NCR printing, folding, and more. Services

Charles County Public Schools Print Shop quick copy center offers a broad range of services from copying and printing to binding and packaging.

Copying Center

• Full service black and white copying on letter, legal and 11x17 white paper.
• Full service black and white copying on letter-size and 11x17 paper in a variety of colors.
• Full service black and white copying on 67 lb. cover stock on letter and 11x17 paper.
• Special paper available upon request -- requestor pays for supplies.

• Digital black & white copying on letter, legal & 11x17 paper.
• Printing on envelopes and tabs available by special request.
• NCR printing provided in two-, three-, four- and five-part sets and charged accordlingly.
• Booklet-printing.

• Spiral binding available for large documents & presentations.
• Saddle-stitching available for programs or booklets.
• Folding and special cutting services available upon request. (Half- and tri-fold available for letter-size; half-fold available for 11x17.)
• Laminating services provided and charged accordingly.
• Three- and two-hole punch offered.
• Manual collating and stapling.
