Charles County Public Schools 2012-13 Parent Handbook/Calendar is now available for view and download on the school system website, www.ccboe.com, under the calendars tab located on the left-hand side of the home page. Copies of the calendar are distributed to students and staff during the first week of school, and are then made available to the general public.

The direct link to view the calendar is http://www2.ccboe.com/PDF/parent-handbook-calendar.pdf. Updated information including changes to event locations and dates, and other possible updates, are posted on the web version of the calendar throughout the school year.

For the 2012-13 school year, four inclement weather days are built into the calendar. If additional inclement weather days are needed, Presidents Day, Feb. 18, will change to a full day of school day and will be followed by days added to spring break, beginning with April 5 and continuing with April 4, 3 and 2. If the four days are not used, they will be deducted from the end of the school year.

Call the school system's communications department at 301-934-7220 with questions about the calendar.
