Please use this form to request a change to your child's bus.

Do not fill out a request for a bus change if you have moved within your current school zone. Make sure that the school is aware of the new address change, and your address will be updated in the bus routing system.

Bus Change Information
Bus change requests must be for permanant changes everyday for the entire school year. A new bus change request must be submitted for approval every year. This form is not required for a change of home address. For short-term or one-day changes, a bus pass can be issued by the school as long as there is a bus stop assigned to the alternate address.
