• Our Parent- Student Handbook contains valuable information to support the achievement of academic excellence as a student at Malcolm Elementary.  Please use this as a reference throughout the school year.  It is a supplement to the CCPS: Parent handbook/ Calendar.  Information in this handbook is subject to change.   The Student Agenda has the Parent- Student Handbook in print. 
• Communication is a vital ingredient to support the success of the home – school connection.  Regular communication with your child's teacher will promote academic growth.  One of Malcolm's missions is to keep you informed using a variety of modes.  Teachers and staff may be contacted via voicemail or email.  A response can be expected with in 48 hours.  Other ways to stay informed include the student agenda, biweekly grade reports, a Bi- Monthly School- Wide Newsletter, Special Event Fliers, Voicemail and Email, and the school website.
