Faculty and Staff
The faculty and staff is ethnically diverse and predominately encompassing a wealth of experience. Teachers belong to the Education Association of Charles County. The administrators are members of the Elementary Administrator's Association of Charles County, The Maryland Association of Elementary School Principals and the National Association of Elementary School Principals. Faculty members are members of other professional organizations related to their particular career field. The dedication of the faculty and staff is reflected in their enthusiasm to support the many special programs offered at Malcolm. After school programs include, Just Say No Club, Destination Imagination, Math teams, Family Game nights, Family Learning Nights, etc. The aim of all staff members is to make Malcolm a world-class school.
