Dear Parents/Guardians:
Greetings and Salutations! Your child's senior year is well on its way. With that being said, there is vital information that you need to know in order to help your child prepare for his/her last leg of their high school journey. Below you
will find a checklist of dates and explanations to help you get through the remainder of the 2009 year. Additional periodic updates will follow in the spring.
- Senior dues payment schedule:
-1st installment (due by October 15, 2009) = $50
-2nd installment (due by January 15, 2010) = $50
-3rd installment (due by March 19, 2010) = $50
Dues cover the following:
-Yearbook, cap & gown, graduation diploma, senior picnic,
graduation ceremony expenses
- Cap & Gown orders on November 12th during Charger Time. Students will receive a packet of information by the end of this week in order to
prepare for the ordering. Should you choose to order anything in addition to the cap & gown (i.e. announcements, invitations, etc.), you must bring
a deposit of $50 on November 12th.
- Senior trip information/permission packet is attached. The trip will be in January during the Martin Luther King, Jr. weekend. A $50 deposit is due by November 6th and the final payment is due by December 18th.
